Meet Becca!
My name is Becca. I am a wedding and portrait photographer from a small town just outside of Barrie, ON. Taking my passion and turning it into a business was one of the best decisions I have ever made!
Being able to do what I love for a living is something I will always be grateful for. In the past 10 years, I have met some of the most incredible people, experienced the most beautiful locations and have been given amazing opportunities to capture so many meaningful moments, all which hold such a special place in my heart. My hope is that when clients look back, on whatever the special occasion may be, that my photographs are among their many happy memories.
On the rare occasion I am not behind a camera, you can probably find me spending time with my sweet Australian Shepard, Finn.
We love to spend Sunday afternoons listening to records. Thankful that I was able to grow up with my parents wonderful vinyl collection, music has always been a huge part of my life. From summer concerts to car karaoke with my family - you will definitely catch me on the dance floor at your wedding.

How long have you been photographing weddings?
I shot my very first wedding in 2015 and I am now going into my 10th year of owning my own business!
What can couples expect when they hire you?
You can expect a lot of laughs while working with me, that's for sure! There is nothing I love more than being real with my couples. I believe that is the first step to setting a relaxed and comfortable environment. Many people can be nervous, as it may be their first time being professionally photographed, so I always try my best to get to know my clients, hear their stories and all the little details about what makes them unique. It's important to me that any photography session is a happy memory!
How far in advance do you book?
I typically book 1-1.5 years in advance for weddings, however of course there are exceptions! For smaller sessions such as engagement or couple portraits, I usually book up to 4-6 months in advance.
What kind of camera do you use? Do you have backup equipment/gear?
I use Canon R6 Mark II, a 5D Mark IV + Mark III bodies. I always bring back up gear - including an extra camera body, multiple lenses, memory cards, batteries, etc.
Do you suggest booking a secondary photographer with your wedding packages?
This is something I will always recommend to my clients. Having a secondary photographer on your wedding day allows for closer coverage and a beautiful variety of viewpoints to ensure no detail is overlooked.
How far are you willing to travel for weddings?
Definitely no limit here! I love to travel!
